The process starts with a 20-minute consultation to discuss your challenges and goals. I will explain how hypnotherapy can reprogram limiting beliefs, address your questions, and outline expectations. This meeting gathers essential information to create a personalized plan.
The first hypnotherapy session lasts 60 to 90 minutes, where I ask targeted questions to meet your unique needs. I focus on your issues and document symptoms while clarifying expectations about hypnosis, particularly regarding illness or pain. We will also explore your beliefs about improvement and create a strategic plan accordingly.
As a certified clinical hypnotherapist, I tailor my approach to each individual. I empower clients by addressing emotional beliefs and enhancing overall well-being.
